In the Beginning!

As a zoology student I've always wanted to work with animals, pair that with a high motivation to travel and learn about biology outside of your own everyday surroundings, and you've got a potent combination that's likely to take you to exotic places learning about exotic plants and animals. I stumbled upon a volunteer direction group called GO-ECO. I found they were connecting volunteers to a group in South Africa, called SAVE, that runs a wild cat sanctuary who were taking foreign volunteers! I jumped on it immediately! It's everything I wanted and more.
